Session Details:
Social media, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter and blogs have begun to replace traditional news outlets as viable sources of information. These utilities also have opened up new, individual and dynamic channels of communication. While these utilities are broadly accessible and useful, there are implications in how this information is stored, both from a business and personal perspective.
Additionally, this keynote will discuss:
- eDiscovery perspectives of a corporate litigator
- The corporate need to have better control over the eDiscovery process and data
- Measurability of eDiscovery costs, trends and efficiencies
- Cloud computing /on-demand deployment versus on premise
