Track Descriptions The maturation of the e-Discovery market has brought greater sophistication to the management of information.  The Risk and Compliance track of education, sponsored by KPMG and Equivio, examines the fundamentals and methodologies breaking ground in the industry today, including:  applying quantitative methods into the ED process to manage people, processes and technology; training predictive coding systems to meet specific retention criteria; and finally examine what implementing the three fundamental Rs of enterprise discovery management can mean for your organization. With data volumes growing exponentially and increasing demands being placed on how to regain control of this data, information governance (IG) is experiencing a rebirth.  In this track, learn from expert panels how proactive IG can drive down cost, how technology-assisted review is gaining mainstream acceptance in eDiscovery, and how taking control of dark data can jumpstart your IG strategy. Times are changing. Mobile technology is shifting the parameters of the workplace (and work/life balance), while the rise of big data is forcing legal professionals to evolve from traditional ways of serving their clients.  Legal professionals are doing more than just adopting new technologies—they’re embracing them.  Hear more about the technologies that are changing the present—and future—of law. In today's legal landscape, the challenges and concerns around managing
your firm have changed. Exploring new methods and techniques to run your
firm more efficiently can mean the difference in stronger client
