Since 1979, Software Technology, Inc. (STI) has been developing, marketing and supporting software for the legal market. In that time, over 17,000 firms have automated their offices with billing and practice management software from STI. Over the last 28 years, STI's award winning Tabs3 billing software has become one of the most widely used billing systems in law firms across the U.S. PracticeMaster, an emerging leader in practice management systems, has also been used in law firms for over 17 years.
For 23 years Mr. Berlin has played a major role in the development and success of Tabs3, PracticeMaster and STI. He joined STI in 1984 and was named Vice President of Sales in 1986. Dan became the President of STI 1995. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and his background includes business management, accounting, customer service, marketing, sales and training. He has been a regular speaker and panelist at national and regional seminars and conferences on law office automation since the late 1980's. He has had numerous articles published and is an original member of the LegalTech Vendor Advisory Board, for which he is still active.

Kelli is a Principal in the Forensic practice of KPMG. Kelli focuses on Forensic Technology Services offered by KPMG's Cypress Technology Center (CTEC). Kelli provides corporate law departments and law firms with litigation consulting services, including electronic discovery strategies and discovery management services. Kelli has a wealth of experience in the areas of litigation and discovery management. Prior to joining KPMG, she was a Partner at the San Diego and Los Angeles based law firm of Chapin Shea McNitt & Carter. She was with the Chapin firm for ten years and worked in the firm's Litigation Practice Group, specializing in corporate and insurance litigation.

- Served as coordinating counsel for large corporate client in California; worked with several law firms in the southern California area, addressing discovery, document management, and litigation strategy issues.

and Professionals Winner and winner of the Florida Small Businessman of
the Year 2005, has overseen tremendous development in the emergence of
Wave Software as a leading legal technology company. Childress is
recognized as one of the 20 most influential people in the legal
software business, having held senior positions with a number of key
technology corporations including Lexis-Nexis, Thomson & Thomson,
Elsevier Science, CXA Inc., McGrawHill, and Shepards. While at
Lexis-Nexis, Childress managed product design and software sales for
legal management software products for their corporate, government and
legal markets. Robert was one of two founders of CXA, Inc. and its
subsidiaries. Childress Attended University of Colorado. Childress has
been awarded numerous government contracts from clients such as the FBI,
CIA, White House and Homeland Security.

Kathy Granger is the Trade Show Director for Thomson North American Legal (TNAL). She is responsible for the TNAL event marketing department which manages the trade show programs for a variety of internal clients (including Thomson West, Thomson FindLaw and Thomson Elite) at over 450 annual events. Kathy started with West Publishing 15 years ago, in a sales position. She has been working with the company’s event marketing program for 13 years. Kathy has served as a member of the LegalTech Vendor Advisory Board for 9 years and is also a member of the Special Library Association’s Vendor Advisory Board. Kathy received her B.A. from the College of Saint Benedict and is currently pursuing her M.B.A. from the University of Saint Thomas.

Michele C.S. Lange serves as Director of Legal Technologies for Kroll Ontrack. Patrick Zeller is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Guidance Software Inc. Prior to joining Guidance Software, Zeller practiced litigation in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw where he co-chaired the firm's Electronic Discovery Practice Group. His practice primarily involved commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on high technology issues and electronic discovery.
Zeller previously served as an Assistant Attorney General and Director of the Computer Crimes Institute for the State of Illinois where he prosecuted a wide variety of crimes involving sophisticated technology issues, and supervised a multi-jurisdictional computer forensic laboratory. During this time, he was named a Computer Crimes Fellow by the United States Department of Justice and served as a Trial Attorney for the Department's Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section where he prosecuted and advised prosecutors and law enforcement agents on Internet and high-tech criminal investigations.
Zeller's experience also includes lecturing on Internet and high-tech crimes at numerous law enforcement training venues nationwide, including the FBI Academy. He is widely regarded as one of the leading minds in this emerging field, and his specialties include: eDiscovery, internal investigations, computer intrusion, economic espionage, online fraud, intellectual property, and trade secret issues.
Mr. Zeller is an Adjunct Professor for The John Marshall Law School's Information Technology and Privacy Law LLM program, teaching the eDiscovery, Computer Evidence and Computer Forensics class . He also holds several certifications in computer forensics, is a memer of the Sedona Conference, and is President of the Midwest Chapter of HTCIA.
